1. First, clean the mold with kerosene to ensure that there are no impurities such as aluminum slag at all corners and other easily hidden dirt.
2. Blow dry the mold with compressed air (confirm that there is no moisture in the air pipe), especially ensuring that the travel switch and plug on the oil tank are dry and free of oil.
3. Confirm the various components of the mold (ejector pins, auxiliary pins), and promptly apply for transfer to the mold for repair if there are any problematic components.
4. Lift the problematic mold parts to the maintenance area and seal the guide pillars, mold cavities, parting surfaces, and sliding parts with anti rust oil.
